We provide a rationale for the technique of revaluating the natural-resource potential which is built upon the natural crop yield of Ukrainian lands obtained, with the observance of rotation cropping and by implementing the complex of mechanical tillage operations without fertilizer application. The behavior of long-term changes in water resources of the transboundary Samur river is considered. It is found that there has been taking place a decrease in the river water flow rate over the course of the last four decades. Results from analyzing the ecological releases indicate that they would suffice to maintain the ecosystem of the river near its mouth in an acceptable state.  相似文献

An analysis is made of the sediment runoff as a determining factor of channel processes and as a set of phenomena arising due to the flow-channel interaction. The amount of sediments transported by the flow is determined by its transporting capacity that is changing constantly according to hydraulic characteristics of the flow undergoing changes across space and time. The relationships between them are responsible for the directedness of vertical channel deformations, i.e. incisions and accumulations of sediments leading to an increase or decrease in bottom elevations. In this case, the leading role in channel development is played by the runoff of entrained sediments. Its proportion governs changes in morphometric characteristics of the channel and its stability and influences the development of river branches and braids of the channel.  相似文献

The concept of geophysical systems of landscapes is suggested. This study identifies the energy components of the geophysical system of landscape and the most important functions that derive from them, which determine the boundaries and individuality of landscapes, and their differences in the rate of matter moisture transport. A methodological solution is suggested for the metric characteristic of landscapes from the system of intervals of basic hydrothermal indicators that control the rate of matter moisture transport and are used as a standard of functional stability of landscapes.  相似文献
